We’re pleased to announce that we have moved into Pulsant Reading SE-3
Regional Edge Data Centre. It boasts 3.6MW of available grid power, Has 5 data halls comprising 2,494 SQM of space, enough for 1,000 racks.
It’s close to junction 11 on the M4, It’s perfectly situated to serve the M4 corridor and the West Country, where we are based. This means while we use their 24/7 on-site remote hands, it’s easier to deploy new hardware.
We like this location due to it’s 100% renewable energy purchasing, 2N UPS and N+1 generator backup, N+1 cooling and IG55 fire suppression. 11 carriers including; BT, CityFibre, Glide, hSo, KCOM, Lumin, Neos Network, Openreach, Telia, Virgin Media, Vodafone and Zayo plus 28 connectivity partners on-net.
We’re looking to utilise this location very shortly. We will be emailing customers shortly if services become available that will be better value for money or quality.

We have increased the options for call recordings to be retained to a maximum of 120 months. Regardless of the number of VoIP seats or calls taken, it's £10 a month.
All call recordings are retained within our UK platform, replicated across two data centres, encrypted and accessible only via our Control Panel.
